Ingredients
- 2 cups seeded and 1-inch cubed watermelon
- 1 large yellow tomato, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large red tomato, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sriracha sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions

Spread watermelon and tomatoes on paper towels to drain. Whisk together oil, vinegar, sriracha, and honey in a large bowl until combined. Add watermelon and tomatoes just before serving, then sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
