Ingredients
- 8 ears fresh sweet corn
- 3/4 cup prepared basil pesto
- 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan
- 2 tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- Black pepper
Directions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill corn, turning occasionally, until lightly charred, 8-10 minutes. Remove and cool slightly. Cut kernels from cobs.

Stir together corn kernels and pesto in a large bowl or serving dish. Top with cheese, basil, zest, and pepper just before serving.
