Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 lb. tenderloin tips
- 1 tbsp. Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 package brown gravy mix
- 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 15 oz. bottle Alfredo sauce
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 8 cups cubed seeded rye bread
- 2 cups shredded Colby-Jack cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Garnish: chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large nonstick saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add steak, steak seasoning, and gravy mix; cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 6 minutes. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 3 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together Alfredo sauce, eggs and mustard. Stir in beef mixture, bread, 1 1/2 cups cheese, and parsley. Spoon into prepared pan; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake until golden brown and center is set, about 40 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
