Ingredients
- 1 lb. green beans, blanched
- 5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp peppercorns
- 2 dried red chiles
- 4 sprigs fresh dill
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 2 cups distilled white vinegar
Directions

Divide all ingredients between two 16 oz. jars with lids.

Screw lids onto jars to seal and shake each 1 minute. Refrigerate at least 3 days before serving; pickled green beans will keep in the fridge up to 1 week.
