Ingredients
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup minced shallots
- 1 tbsp. chopped sage
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 4 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Dijon
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
Directions

Combine olive oil, shallots and sage in a pan over medium-high; cook 2 minutes. Whisk together chicken stock, apple cider, vinegar, Dijon, maple syrup, and cornstarch; add to pan. Bring to a boil; stir in raisins. Reduce heat; whisk 2 minutes. Stir in butter, pepper and salt.
