Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 1 cup plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup brickle toffee bits
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Place butter in a 13×9-inch baking pan; melt in oven, 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; stir in milk and vanilla until combined.

Remove pan from oven; add batter. Sprinkle with pecans, brown sugar, and toffee bits. Slowly pour boiling water over top. Bake, uncovered, until set, 30-35 minutes. Cool 30 minutes on a rack (cobbler will thicken as it cools).
