Ingredients
- 28 oz. bag crispy seasoned garlic and black pepper potato puffs (Alexia Potato Puffs)
- 20 oz. bag crispy bite-size sweet potato puffs (Alexia Potato Puffs)
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, quartered
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 8 oz. block sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place puffs in a single layer on prepared pan.

Bake until crispy, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with bacon, tomatoes, and green onion. Top with cheese.

Bake until cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes more. Serve immediately.
