Bacon and Tomato Potato Tot Nachos

Ingredients

  • 28 oz. bag crispy seasoned garlic and black pepper potato puffs (Alexia Potato Puffs)
  • 20 oz. bag crispy bite-size sweet potato puffs (Alexia Potato Puffs)
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 8 oz. block sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place puffs in a single layer on prepared pan.

  3. Bake until crispy, about 30 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with bacon, tomatoes, and green onion. Top with cheese.

  4. Bake until cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes more. Serve immediately.
