Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 dozen eggs
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350.

Pour melted butter into a 9×13-inch glass baking dish. Whisk together eggs, salt and pepper in a large bowl until well blended. Gradually whisk in milk, then pour mixture into dish.

Bake 15 minutes, stir, then bake until just set, about 10 minutes more. Sprinkle with cheese and let stand until cheese melts, about 2 to 3 minutes.
