Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, plus more if needed
- 1 lb. beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrot (about 2 carrots)
- 2 tbsp. chopped green onion, plus more for garnish
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef with salt, stirring, until browned, 2-3 minutes. Move beef to side of wok. Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, green onion, and garlic in center of wok; cook, stirring, 2 minutes.

Stir in soy sauce, sesame seeds, and ginger, then stir beef from sides of wok back into vegetables. Continue cooking, stirring, until vegetables are tender, about 2 minutes more. Serve over cauliflower rice and garnish with green onion.
