Cream Brulee

Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3 T sugar
  • 2 C heavy cream
  • pinch salt

Directions

  1. Need 4 ramekins and baking pan with water to set ramekins into

  2. Oven 350 degrees

  3. Beat egg yolks til thick

  4. Add sugar and salt

  5. Heat cream in sauce pan- DONT BOIL

  6. Slowly stir into egg mixture=after mixture cools a little bit(don’t make scrambled eggs)

  7. Add vanilla
