Ingredients
- 1/4 lb pork sausage crumbled and cooked
- 20-24 mushrooms
- 2-3 minced clove garlic buds
- 1 T butter
- 2 T finely diced onion
- 3 T Italian bread crumbs
- 3 T grated parmesan
- 1 T dried parsley
- 1egg white
Directions

Remove mushroom stems

Saute chopped mushroom stems in butter, onion and garlic

Combine sausage, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, and egg white

Stir into onion mixture

Fill mushroom caps
