Ingredients
- 4 T butter
- 12 oz white mushrooms-cut into quarters
- 12 oz shitake mushrooms-sliced
- 1 T flour
- 1 1/4 C mushroom or vegetable broth
- 1 t mustard
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 2
- T softened cream cheese
- 2 T grated parmesan
- salt/pepper
- Parsley for garnish
- Cooked noodles
Directions

Melt butter in skillet and add mushrooms

Cook until mushrooms start to brown

Sprinkle flour over top and stir until you see no more raw flour- about 1 minute

Add broth and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently

Continue cooking until mixture starts to thicken,, about 5-10 minutes

Reduce heat, stir in mustard,, sour cream, cream cheese and parmesan

Cook until warmed through, about 3 more minutes

Season with salt and pepper

Garnish with parsley

Serve over noodles
