Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 tsp chopped fresh mint
- 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp. water
- 3/8 tsp kosher salt
Directions

Smash garlic on a cutting board with the broad side of a chef’s knife. Sprinkle with salt; rub salt into garlic with the knife, forming a paste. Transfer garlic to a small bowl; add yogurt, feta, mint, lemon juice, dill, water, and kosher salt. Stir to combine.
