Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. bulk Italian sausage
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp. tomato paste
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 15 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup white wine
- Shaved Parmesan and torn basil, for garnish
Directions

In a pot, cook first 6 ingredients over medium-high, stirring often, until sausage is crumbled, 5 minutes. Add stock, beans, and wine. Simmer until thickened, 10 minutes; season. Garnish with cheese and basil.
