Speedy Mix & Match Stir-Fry for Two

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- Dash chili flakes
- 1/2 pound large raw shrimp, peeled, cleaned
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup sliced red peppers
- 2 cups prepared brown or white rice

MIX hoisin sauce and chili flakes. Add 1 Tbsp. sauce mixture to shrimp; toss to coat. Let stand 5 min.

STIR-FRY shrimp mixture and vegetables in oil in nonstick wok or skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. or until shrimp is cooked through.

ADD remaining sauce mixture; simmer 2 min. Serve over rice.
