Speedy Mix & Match Stir-Fry for Two

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • Dash chili flakes
  • 1/2 pound large raw shrimp, peeled, cleaned
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup sliced red peppers
  • 2 cups prepared brown or white rice

Directions

  1. MIX hoisin sauce and chili flakes. Add 1 Tbsp. sauce mixture to shrimp; toss to coat. Let stand 5 min.

  2. STIR-FRY shrimp mixture and vegetables in oil in nonstick wok or skillet on medium-high heat 4 min. or until shrimp is cooked through.

  3. ADD remaining sauce mixture; simmer 2 min. Serve over rice.
