Ingredients
- 1 bar semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 28 ridged potato chips
- Crushed pretzels, chopped peanuts or flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
Directions

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt two-thirds of chocolate in microwave in 20- to 30-second bursts, stirring often. Whisk in remaining chocolate. Dip chips halfway in chocolate. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with pretzels, nuts or sea salt. Let rest until set, 1 hour.
