ham glaze-honey bake style

Ingredients

  • 2 T honey
  • 2 C white sugar
  • 1 t onion powder
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1 t nutmeg
  • 1/2 t ground ginger
  • 1/2 t cloves1/2 t paprika
  • 6 T liquid from ham after cooked

Directions

  1. Put honey on ham and bake ham about 2 hours at 225 degrees

  2. Preheat broiler

  3. In small saucepan combine sugar and all spices

  4. Plus 6 T liquid from ham

  5. Bring to boil and boil 1 minute

  6. Pour 1/2 of topping on ham

  7. Place ham under broiler 20-30 seconds until topping is bubbly

  8. Top with remaining topping

  9. Broil again for 20-30- seconds until bubbly
