Ingredients
- 1 large loaf bread
- celery
- onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2/3-3/4 box chicken broth
- 2 eggs
- butter
Directions

Break bread into pieces

Chop celery (about 2 stalks), onion, and garlic in mini chopper

Mix beaten eggs with 2/3 box broth and mix-may need to add a little more broth- will be very, very moist

Put in greased casserole with only about 1/2 of casserole filled with dressing mixture. As it bakes it will rise a large amount

Put lots of butter pats into dressing

Cover with lid over night

Bake with lid 1 3/4 hours- removing lid last 15 or so minutes
