Easy Pumpkin Pie

If using canned pumpkin, add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg refrigerated pie crust
  • 1 can (30 oz) pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat pumpkin, eggs and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

  2. Spoon into pie crust.

  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce to 350 degrees and cover edges with foil.

  4. Bake for an additional 45 minutes.

  5. Cool pie completely on wire rack.

  6. Refrigerate overnight.
