Ingredients

• 12 eggs
• 2 1/3 C superfine granulated sugar
• 3/4 t baking soda
• rum
• brandy
• hot water
• nutmeg

Directions

1. separate eggs

2. beat yolks until stiff and add half the sugar

3. beat whites until foamy and gradually add half the sugar, beat until stiff

4. fold together

5. add baking soda and fold in

6. put shot of rum and shot of brandy into cup

7. spoon in batter

8. add hot water down side of cup

9. sprinkle nutmeg on top
