Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 2 1/3 C superfine granulated sugar
- 3/4 t baking soda
- rum
- brandy
- hot water
- nutmeg
Directions

separate eggs

beat yolks until stiff and add half the sugar

beat whites until foamy and gradually add half the sugar, beat until stiff

fold together
-
add baking soda and fold in
-
put shot of rum and shot of brandy into cup
-
spoon in batter
-
add hot water down side of cup
-
sprinkle nutmeg on top
