Ingredients
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 large stalks broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp. panko
Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.

In a large bowl, stir together cauliflower, broccoli, garlic, oil, salt and pepper; place in an even layer on prepared pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan and panko.

Bake until tender, golden brown, and crispy, about 30 minutes.
