Crispy Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 large stalks broccoli, cut into florets
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp. panko

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.

  2. In a large bowl, stir together cauliflower, broccoli, garlic, oil, salt and pepper; place in an even layer on prepared pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan and panko.

  3. Bake until tender, golden brown, and crispy, about 30 minutes.
