Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
- 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 12 oz. bag tortilla chips
- Creamy Cheese Sauce (see recipe)
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 1 cup mild pickled jalapeno slices
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- Garnish: lime wedges

In a 12-inch cast-iron skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly. Drain. Place beef in a medium bowl; set aside.

Add beans to pot; cook until warmed, about 3 minutes. Add beans to beef, stirring to combine. Wipe skillet clean. Arrange chips in skillet; drizzle with Creamy Cheese Sauce. Layer with beef mixture, pico de gallo, jalapenos, sour cream, and cilantro. Garnish with lime wedges. Serve immediately.
