Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 12 oz. package extra wide egg noodles, cooked as directed
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic; cook for 1 minute. Add cream; cook for 2 minutes. Add cheese, pepper and salt, stirring until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.

In a large bowl, stir together sauce, cooked pasta and parsley. Serve immediately.
