Ingredients
- 8 chicken breast tenders
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 3 tbsp salsa
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Fresh parsley leaves

Preheat grill to medium-high. Combine chicken, parsley, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic, pepper and salt in a bowl. Thread tenders onto 8 skewers; grill 5 minutes per side or until done.

Stir together salsa, Sriracha, and paprika. Spoon salsa mixture over Greek yogurt in a small bowl; serve with kebabs. Sprinkle with parsley leaves.
