Biscuits/ self rising flour

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 C White Lily self rising flour
  • 1 1/2 C heavy creme

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees

  2. Lightly grease a baking pan

  3. Put flour in bowl and add crème.

  4. Stir until a soft, sticky ball forms (Dough does seem wet)

  5. On lightly floured board knead lightly with well floured hands, about three times, Just until the dough comes together

  6. Pat dough to about 1/2 inch thickness

  7. Cut biscuits with 2 1/2 inch cookie cutter

  8. Bake about 10-12 minutes until golden brown
