Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C White Lily self rising flour
- 1 1/2 C heavy creme
Directions

Heat oven to 450 degrees

Lightly grease a baking pan

Put flour in bowl and add crème.

Stir until a soft, sticky ball forms (Dough does seem wet)

On lightly floured board knead lightly with well floured hands, about three times, Just until the dough comes together

Pat dough to about 1/2 inch thickness

Cut biscuits with 2 1/2 inch cookie cutter

Bake about 10-12 minutes until golden brown
