Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp plus 1 tbsp. butter, divided
- 2 cups (12 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups salted peanuts, plus more for topping
- 10.5 oz. package mini marshmallows, plus more for topping

Line a 13×9-inch baking pan with foil, letting ends extend over sides by 1 inch. Grease the foil with 1 1/2 tsp butter; set aside.

In a large saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, milk and remaining butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is smooth. Remove from the heat; stir in peanuts. Place mini marshmallows in a large bowl; add the chocolate mixture and stir well. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle with the additional peanuts and marshmallows. Refrigerate until firm.

Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
