Artichoke Spread with Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, cubed
  • 14 oz. can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, torn
  • 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 16 oz. loaf frozen garlic bread

Directions

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl; transfer to a slow cooker. Cook, covered, on LOW, until cheese is melted, 2 to 3 hours. Meanwhile, prepare garlic bread as directed. Slice and serve with hot dip.
