Ingredients
- 15 medium piece tamarind
- 15 red chillies
- little vendhayam
- 3spoon dhaniya
- 1 verali manjal
- 1 big piece asafaetida
- Gingely oil
Directions

dry fry vendhayam and turmeric

little oil fry 7 chillies and Dhaniya

Oil fry asfaetida

Powder 1 and 3 together

Powder 2 separately

splutter in oil in the same order mustard, remaining 8 chilles and add tamarind concentrate. do not dilute

Boil until it thickens well

Add fried K.paruppu, U.paruppu, curry leaves, peanut to nicely thicken pulp

Add the powder 2 and cook for couple of minutes

Switch off the flame and add powder 4 and mix well.
