Ingredients
- 1/4 C butter
- 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 1/2 C heavy cream
- 1/2 C mashed ripe avocado
- 1/2 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- ground pepper to taste
Directions

saute garlic in butter 1 to 2 minutes until soft but not browned

pour in cream and bring to a simmer

whisk in avocado until smooth

return to a simmer

add shrimp
-
cook over medium-low heat until the shrimp turn opaque

sprinkle with pepper and serve
