Ingredients
- 12 oz. green beans
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 small lemons
- 5 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp. capers, drained and chopped
- 2 tbsp. crumbled feta
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions

Combine green beans and water in a large microwavable bowl; cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at high for 5 minutes; drain. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Halve lemons; cook, cut sides down, until lightly charred, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat; set lemons aside. Combine olive oil, capers, and green beans in skillet. Squeeze lemons over mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with feta, chives and black pepper.
