Ingredients
- 12 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 cup frozen tricolor pepper and onion blend, thawed, drained and chopped
- 1 cup chopped sliced deli roast beef (about 1/3 lb.)
- 3/4 cup shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup cream of Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
Directions
-
Preheat oven to 375. Spray 8 muffin cups with cooking spray.
-
Unroll crescent rolls, and separate into 8 triangles. Press widest part of 1 triangle into bottom and up sides of 1 prepared muffin cup. Bring 2 pointed ends together; seal seams and tuck overhanging dough under to form a crust. Repeat with remaining triangles.
-
In a large bowl, combine pepper and onion blend, roast beef, 1/2 cup cheese, soup, Worcestershire, and steak seasoning. Divide mixture among muffin cups; top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
-
Bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, 18-20 minutes. Let cool in pans for 5 minutes. Remove from pans; serve warm.
