Ingredients
- Classic Cinnamon Rolls (see recipe)
- 1 tbsp. Dutch process cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 tsp red gel food coloring

Make Classic Cinnamon Rolls. For the dough, use only 1/2 cup water and add cocoa powder to the flour mixture. Whisk buttermilk and red food coloring into the wet ingredients. (The dough will be very sticky; generously dust the surface with flour when kneading and rolling.) For the filling, use only 1 tbsp. cinnamon.
