Ingredients
- 8 oz. sliced mixed mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Soft garlic-herb cheese
- Crackers
- Parsley
- Lemon zest
Directions

Saute mushrooms in butter and olive oil until browned, 4 to 5 minutes. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Spread garlic-herb cheese on crackers and top with the mushrooms, parsley, and lemon zest.
