Broccoli Pesto with Dill Havarti

Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp. toasted pine nuts
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sliced dill Havarti
  • Crackers

Directions

  1. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until tender, 4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Pulse in a food processor with pine nuts, garlic, mustard powder, and salt. Add olive oil and water; pulse. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange sliced Havarti on crackers and top with the broccoli pesto.
