Ingredients
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp. toasted pine nuts
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. water
- Salt and pepper
- Sliced dill Havarti
- Crackers
Directions

Cook broccoli in boiling salted water until tender, 4 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Pulse in a food processor with pine nuts, garlic, mustard powder, and salt. Add olive oil and water; pulse. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange sliced Havarti on crackers and top with the broccoli pesto.
