Ingredients
- 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. chopped dill
- 2 tbsp. chopped scallions
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- Crackers
- Roasted red peppers, diced
Directions

Pulse hull spinach with Greek yogurt, olive oil, parsley, dill and scallions in a food processor; season with salt and pepper. Stir in crumbled feta. Spread on crackers and top with red peppers.
