Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups regular old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup turbinado sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Directions

Spray the crock with nonstick spray.

In a bowl, combine the oats, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, salt, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, egg and coconut oil. Gently fold in the blueberries. Pour this mixture into the crock.

Cover and cook on LOW for 2-3 hours.
