Mini-Magic Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup grape jelly

Directions

  1. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, and soup mix.

  2. Shape into 1-inch balls.

  3. Place in crock.

  4. Mix together ketchup, lemon juice and jelly. Pour this over the meatballs.

  5. Cover and cook for 4-6 hours on LOW.
