Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup grape jelly
Directions

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, and soup mix.

Shape into 1-inch balls.

Place in crock.

Mix together ketchup, lemon juice and jelly. Pour this over the meatballs.

Cover and cook for 4-6 hours on LOW.
