Ingredients
- 1 slice bacon, cooked, chopped
- 7 oz. jarred or canned artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
- 3 oz. fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp. minced shallot
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- Crackers, for dipping
Directions

Spray crock with nonstick spray.

In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients, then place them into the crock.

Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours.

Serve with crackers for dipping.
