Easy Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup diced potatoes
  • 1/4 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to crock.

  2. Cover and cook 5-6 hours on LOW.

  3. Remove bay leaf before serving.
