Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup diced carrots
- 1/4 cup diced potatoes
- 1/4 cup celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

Add all ingredients to crock.

Cover and cook 5-6 hours on LOW.

Remove bay leaf before serving.
