Beef Stew for 2

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cubed stew beef
  • 10.5 oz. can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • wide egg noodles
  • 4 oz. cream cheese

Directions

  1. Brown beef in skillet.

  2. Spray crock with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Place beef, soup, onion, Worcestershire, and water in crock.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.

  5. When ready to eat, cook about 1/2 the egg noodles as directed. Save remaining noodles to cook and eat with leftovers.

  6. Stir cream cheese into stew just before serving.

  7. Serve stew on top of noodles.
