Ingredients

• 4 Italian sausage links, cut on an angle into 1/2-inch slices
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1/4 cup chopped carrot
• 1/4 cup chopped celery
• 1/2 cup diced peeled potatoes
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp basil
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 4 cups chicken stock

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in the crock.

2. Cook and cover on LOW for 6-7 hours.
