Ingredients
- 1/3 cup frozen spinach (squeezed dry)
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. mayo
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
- 1 garlic clove
- Prebaked phyllo shells
- Sliced grape tomatoes
- Crumbled goat cheese
Directions

Pulse spinach, cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan, and garlic in a food processor. Divide among the phyllo shells. Top with sliced grape tomatoes and crumbled goat cheese. Bake at 375 until the cheese softens, about 15 minutes.
