Cranberry Nut Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup hulled pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang on long sides. Coat with cooking spray.

  2. Stir together all ingredients in a bowl. Spread into prepared pan, evenly pressing into corners and sides.

  3. Bake until edges are golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes in pan, then use parchment to lift and transfer to a cutting board. Cut into bars and let cool completely, about 30 minutes.
