Ingredients
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup peach preserves
Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil; coat with cooking spray.

Stir together egg, breadcrumbs, and milk in a bowl. Stir in onion, Cajun seasoning, parsley, Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce and salt. Add beef and mix well. Form mixture into golf ballsize meatballs and arrange on prepared baking sheet.

Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, stir together barbecue sauce and peach preserves in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until bubbly and preserves are melted, about 5 minutes.

Transfer meatballs to a serving dish, then drizzle with sauce. Toss gently to coat.
