- 2 lbs. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 8 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup

Preheat oven to 400.

Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with bacon, salt and pepper; toss to coat.

Roast 15 minutes. Drizzle with maple syrup; toss to coat. Roast until Brussels sprouts are caramelized and bacon is crispy, about 15 minutes more.
