Ingredients
- 3 15-oz. cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp. tahini
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions

Combine chickpeas, tahini, ground cumin, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a food processor or high-powered blender. Pulse until somewhat smooth, adding up to 1 cup water to reach the right consistency. Add olive oil and pulse. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
