Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 2 plum tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. chopped chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt
Directions

Combine black beans, tomatoes, red onion and cilantro in a bowl. Add lime juice, olive oil, chipotle, and honey and stir. Season with salt.
