Charred Broccoli with Chickpeas

Ingredients
- VEGETABLES
- 8 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- few grinds of pepper
- DRESSING
- 1/4 cup whole-milk plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon olive oil,
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- TOPPING
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup roasted chickpeas
Directions

Toss broccoli florets, olive oil, kosher salt and pepper on a baking sheet.

Broil until charred, 6 to 8 minutes.

Whisk yogurt, cilantro, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, salt and pepper together.

Top the broccoli with the dressing and 1/4 cup each golden raisins and roasted chickpeas.
