Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 black pepper
Directions

Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. Transfer asparagus to a serving plate and sprinkle with Parmesan, salt and pepper.
