Asparagus Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 black pepper

Directions

  1. Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. Transfer asparagus to a serving plate and sprinkle with Parmesan, salt and pepper.
