Ingredients
- 1 lb. potatoes or sweet potatoes, peeled, if desired, and cut into 1/2-inch thick sticks
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Fry Seasoning (see recipes) or more to taste
- Fry dipping sauces (see recipes)
Directions

Cover potatoes in water and let soak 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat.

Preheat air fryer to 400. Arrange potatoes

in a double layer in fryer basket. Cook, tossing every 5 minutes, until golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and desired Seasoning. Serve with Dipping sauce.
